- Business Process & System Rollouts – planning, execution and change management of complex organisational-wide business processes and supporting IT applications.
- Change Management – Stakeholder identification & impact assessment, perception assessment and analysis, communication plan development, implementation, management of resistance & ongoing monitoring and plan updates.
- Training – Learner needs assessment, design and delivery of training, including e-learning, that is engaging and memorable.
